Smart Building Group - AMAZING on so many levels! In 2017, my family and I were away for a 3 week vacation , while we were away we had a slab leak that caused extreme damage to the walls, cabinets and flooring. My family had to move out due to the level of damage. After months of searching and meeting with various contractors, we chose Smart Building Group because we consider Art to be highly experienced, knowledgeable, smart, easy to talk to and understanding. He was also very competitive in his pricing. We needed to have our kitchen completely renovated, the kitchen ceiling raised, a kitchen window and wall removed, a huge brick façade in front of our house repaired and our dryer vent rerouted to go through the attic to the outside. We had a difficult time finding a contractor who was able to do all these work correctly as well as not charge us an arm and a leg. We were thrilled to find Art who knew exactly how the work needed to be done and was very reasonable in his pricing. We were very nervous as this was our first time to do a home renovation. We were also very demanding as my husband had done house construction in the past. Art was very patient with us, always responsive to our needs and concerns, and focused on pleasing us.
