I represented the seller on this investment property, and shortly after opening escrow, the tenants in one of the units gave notice that they would be vacating. Once hired, their team worked efficiently—even through the holiday season—to complete the renovation and prepare the unit for lease. Smart Building Group - AMAZING on so many levels! In 2017, my family and I were away for a 3 week vacation , while we were away we had a slab leak that caused extreme damage to the walls, cabinets and flooring. My family had to move out due to the level of damage.
